If you have never been trained on how to teach Expository/Informative writing using SUTW, or if it has been awhile and you need a refresher, this workshop is for you. We will cover the very basics of Expository/Informative Writing (I Chart, Colors, Topic Sentences, Transitions, Big Ideas, Elaborating, and Conclusions.) We will discuss how to integrate this process with any curricular area; especially Science and Social Studies.
